I Have the Best Down Line!

On Thursday night we had our monthly down line meeting. First of all, Jeanne’s husband made the BEST cupcakes ever! I’ll also mention that there was wine. Enough said about that. Anyway, we did our swap during the meeting. Everyone was to make something featuring Holiday catalog item(s). Be prepared to be overwhelmed with awesomeness!

Aren’t they the best?

Some products from the swap:

Wouldn’t you like to join this group? I have some members who are not local. They participate in the swap and we keep updated via phone calls, and email. Soon, I may venture into Facetime for our meetings. Most of my group are hobby demos, that is they purchase items (at a 20 or 25% discount!) for themselves, family and friends. However, I do have some business builders and we work together to help them build their business. Call (302.945.1370) or email me ([email protected]) if you have any questions and would like to join this group. See my “Join my team” page to learn more.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

As the end of the month nears, I am beginning to think about all of my wonderful customers who have ordered from me this month and I started working on my thank you card for them yesterday. I think the Apple of My Eye stamp set was just perfect for this.

April thanksDon’t you love black and white with a pop of color? Red with black and white is one of my favorites. The Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper is all black and white. In fact, I used just one piece in the card above. I cut a piece of paper 4″ by 5 1/2″ then cut it at 2″ and flipped one of the pieces. Working with the Apple of My Eye stamp set is fun and easy. Since the stamps are clear photopolymer, it’s easy to place the leaf and the cherries at just the right place around the stem.

So, if you’ve ordered from me this month, you’ll be getting one of these. There is still time to order in April if you hurry. Then, you can get one of these cards as well.

Card Supplies

Well, again, I am tempting you with some soon to be retired items. The Apple of My Eye stamp set and the Everyday Chic Designer Series Paper are both retiring as is the Whisper White Satin Ribbon (gasp!). By the way the ribbon is 40! off. Happy Dance this ribbon is great for cards, scrapping and gift wrapping. Plan ahead!

Coming Up

Tonight I am having a down line meeting. (A get together for all the demonstrators who have signed up to be demonstrators with me.) We always have a fun time. We’ll do a Make n’ Take, talk about convention and do a swap (always my favorite part.) (Of course, snacks too!) So hopefully, tomorrow I will post the swaps.  You will really want to be sure to see them. Our theme was to use Washi Tape so you know they will be cute!
Thanks for stopping by today. Here’s the latest version of the Retired list. More things are out of stock ,so act fast.

Look Where I’ll be!

Well, as you may know, when you read this I am in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Stampin’ Up! Convention -Inspire, Create, Share. A few weeks ago, this invitation came in the mail.

IMG_1269I checked out the hotel on line. WOW! It looks fantastic and I’ll be there tonight! Gotta get out my best Black and White outfit!

Not everyone going to convention gets to go to this. You have to be at a level called Silver Elite. Silver Elite level has to do with annual sales, and how many downline you have. I am so fortunate to have a great team and that they have also achieved success and have fun doing something they love. Wouldn’t you like to be part of this team, Di’s Divas? To purchase the Starter Kit means you get to select $125. of merchandise (any current catalog or clearence rack.) This only costs you $99 and you pay no shipping. That’s like saving an additional $12.50!

Please check out my page above, “Join My Team”. You can be whatever kind of demonstrator you want, Hobby or Business minded. Check it out.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

People Pictures

There are so many things I love about being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. Let’s see, there’s the discount, the preview of new catalog materials, the discount, bringing the fun of stamping to people, making money for those special extras, earning a cruise for my husband and myself, and making new friends, among other things. (Oh, and  the discount.) I’ve been fortunate to go to a few Stampin’ Up! conventions and regional meetings over the last four and one half years. I’ve been blessed to make so many good friends from conventions, classes, downline, etc. I’ve decided to make a Memory Book about some of the Stampin’ Up! events I’ve attended and had a chance to work on it this weekend. Of course I am using Project Life by Stampin’ Up! materials.

My convention friend, Bonnie, always talks about taking ‘People Pictures’ and I try to keep this in mind. I get into taking pictures of things and sometimes forget the people. Does this ever happen to you? This is one of my favorite People Pictures from last summer’s convention. IMG_0969I think this looks like a mother /daughters picture. Becky and Bonnie are so much fun and treat me just like one of the girls. I know I’m old enough to be their mother!

One more picture from my album. This one is from last January when I was attending the Leadership conference in Orlando. I had achieved the level of Manager in time to attend a special Manager’s Reception at Disney!

Would you like to put yourself in a place where you could make some great new friends, get a discount, travel to conventions, maybe even earn a cruise! You can do it by joining Stampin’ Up! This is the best time to join. During Sale-A-Bration (until March 31) you can select $155 in merchandise from any current catalog, for just $99! And, you pay no shipping!!!!

You can be a demonstrator without holding classes. Many people on my team are ‘hobby’ demonstrators. They buys things for themselves, perhaps they have a friend or two who buy something from them as well. You don’t have to sell thousands each month to stay active.

What are some of the benefits of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator?

  • 20% (or more) off anything you order from any current catalog
  • Free items for any order you place over $150 (before discount!)
  • Free monthly card class each month that you place an order
  • Quarterly issues of Stampin’ Success magazine
  • Access to an amazing on-line resource for ideas, Stampin’ Connection
  • Opportunity to buy items from new catalogs before anyone else
  • Access to private Facebook page featuring projects made by other demonstrators in our group
  • Support and enjoyment of a group of wonderful people via our monthly downline meeting

I would love to have you on my team! Please call (302.945.1370) or email ([email protected]) to talk to me about this opportunity!

Oh, here are the materials I used on my People Pictures pages! (Thanks, Bonnie!)
