This week in my card classes, we used the Serene Garden stamp set. Most everyone loved the card!

One of the things I like about this card is that you could use it for any occasion. On the inside, we used the very versatile Itty Bitty Greetings  stamp set to customize the card.

Design Notes for Serene Garden Card:

There is no way you would ever use bright colors with this set is there? Maybe one day I’ll change my mind about that but I went right to the subtles collection for this card.

We used the Stamparatus to stamp the dove. It’s such an easy way to make sure that the stamp is consistently perfect.

I also set up the Stamparatus to stamp the Balmy Blue line across the top. The next step was to stamp the design with VersaMark then use White Heat Emboss Powder. Once that was heated, we used Aqua Painters to fill in the colors. To be honest, it was a little tedious but my gals did a fabulous job!
