I love what I do. Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is fun. I get to meet lots of great people and share what I love to do. When I saw that the theme for this week’s Global Design Project was “Love It – Live it- Share It” , I thought that customer thank you notes would fit into that theme perfectly. And isn’t the Pick A Pennant stamp set the perfect way so say thanks!
Design Notes For Pick A Pennant Note Card:
Well, I must start off with a confession. I believe that I got this stamp set when I was in Hartford, CT at the Stampin’ Up! On Stage event. For some reason, I just haven’t used it until today. That’s pretty much when I realized that I have yet to buy the Framelits that go with this set! (That will soon be remedied!) So the pennants and bird were fussy cut. Not hard but not as nicely done as they would be with the Framelits. Ah well, live and learn.
This card was pretty easy to put together. Once I had settled on the colors, I stamped the pennants in Mint Macaron and then used the darker, Pacific Point ink for the letters. I love using the Shimmery White Embossing Paste and figured it would give the card some nice texture as well as someplace for the bird to land!

As I said at the beginning of this post, I do love being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. The discount on product is mainly why I joined but that started to take second place not long after I started. I love the people I get to meet and so enjoy sharing what I love to do. If you’d like to join our group, just click on the icon below or email me ([email protected]). Glad you stopped by today. Thanks!
